Method was established to bring clarity, structure and commercial discipline to complex interior and secure-space projects. After years across Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction, security consultancy and client-side advisory roles, we saw a consistent gap in the market : projects were either design-led without delivery rigour, or delivery-focused without strategic oversight. Method was created to sit deliberately in between. We represent the client, manage the detail, and protect the outcome.
We are not a builder and we are not a traditional consultancy — we are a delivery partner. Our role is to engage and coordinate the right design teams, procure and manage contractors, and maintain control of programme, cost and risk from inception through to handover. We bring structured thinking, transparent reporting and calm leadership to every engagement. The result is projects that are commercially controlled, technically robust and delivered without noise, delivered without the noise, politics, or surprises that typically accompany complex projects.

Ross has spent more than a decade working across Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction, security consultancy and client-side advisory roles, delivering complex commercial interiors and secure environments. That cross-discipline experience provides a clear understanding of how projects behave under pressure, commercially, technically and operationally.
Through his work in high-security and compliance-sensitive environments, Ross has developed a disciplined approach to risk management, stakeholder coordination and information control. Secure projects demand more than good design, they require structured procurement, controlled contractor engagement, and rigorous oversight of programme, cost and technical compliance from day one.
At Method, that experience translates into deliberate contractor management and value protection. Ross leads procurement processes that test market capability without compromising scope integrity, negotiates contracts with clarity around risk allocation, and maintains disciplined cost tracking throughout delivery.
His role remains consistent across every engagement: represent the client’s interests, engage the right expertise, and maintain control through to handover.
